I was Breaking Bad.  Specifically, the first episode.  We set up a second lab across some water and minecraft jungle.  When we got back we had to take some new people there.  The beach was rough and dragging us in.  When we were clear, Sam's lawyers reminded us we were being sued.  This was the first i'd heard about it.
