England Adventure

Some kind of hotel in england.  I ask for popcorn or something from the very tall counter.  They don't hear me.  I repeat and some south england guy says something rude to me.  I try to go back to my hotel room and end up on top of the elevator for some reason.  I have a harness to access my floor but no way to open the door.  I fall down the elevator shaft in order to get back inside.  I don't know if this worked.
